Not sure about the sex slider either - I suspect there are people who would take issue with male and female being considered opposite ends of a spectrum there, too.
There are people who take issue with the entire concept of labeling sex as male or female in the first place, when it’s just as easy to refer to specific body parts.
I agree with that, I think. the gendered language doesn’t bother me personally but HELLO I AM NOT TRANS* so it’s not [at all] my place to make that call.
